All of our products, including AlgoStride and all related indicators and

strategies, are digital goods. Once purchased and delivered, they

cannot be returned or refunded. By purchasing our products, you

acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not

offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once access to an indicator

or strategy has been granted.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a

technical error

You did not receive access to the product after purchase and

support is unable to resolve the issue

3. Product Functionality

We test our indicators and strategies carefully before release.

However, we do not guarantee that they will be free of bugs, errors or

interruptions. Updates and improvements may be made at our

discretion.

4. Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your TradingView

account or platform before purchasing. We are not liable for any

issues caused by incorrect setup, misuse or misunderstanding of how

our tools work.
