General Disclaimer

AlgoStride, along with all other indicators and strategies we develop and provide, is created solely for educational and informational purposes. We are not financial advisors and nothing we share should be interpreted as financial, investment or trading advice.

We make no guarantees of success, profit or performance when using our tools. Trading and investing involve substantial risk and you are fully responsible for your own financial decisions and outcomes. By using our indicators and strategies you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

We are not responsible or liable for:

Any financial losses you may incur while using our tools

Any technical issues, malfunctions or errors that may occur

Any trading decisions you make based on our indicators or strategies

Our indicators and strategies have been primarily developed and tested on the Bitcoin chart using 15-minute to 1-day timeframes. We do not guarantee that they will perform the same way on other assets or markets. If you choose to use them on different assets you must adjust the settings accordingly to fit the specific characteristics of that market.

Any resemblance to other tools is coincidental or may have been inspired in part by existing ideas, but our work remains original.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and to modify, improve or update our indicators and strategies whenever we deem necessary.

AlgoStride AI App

Scope. The AlgoStride AI app (the "App") is a members-only web application providing a set of AI-assisted and calculation-based tools, including the Chart Analyst, Wealth Copilot, Valuation & Growth Analyzer, Portfolio Agent (including an AI news briefing), Simulator and Regime Scanner. Access to the App requires an active subscription/membership, which is managed through our third-party provider Whop.

Educational and informational use only. Everything the App produces — including written chart analysis, portfolio briefings, scores, gauges, tables, simulations and any figures or commentary — is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, is not a personal recommendation, and must not be relied on as the basis for any decision. We are not financial advisors.

AI-generated output. Several features use artificial intelligence (provided via the Anthropic API). AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or wrong, may misread an uploaded image, and can differ between runs for the same input. You are responsible for independently verifying anything before acting on it.

News briefings are not live data. The Portfolio Agent briefing summarises publicly available news and context. Any price or figure it mentions is stated as reported by a named source at a past point in time — it is historical, not a live quote. Always check a live chart before acting. The briefing does not recommend buying, selling or holding, and does not give price targets of its own.

No automated decisions. The App does not place trades, does not manage money and does not make any decision for you. All trading and investment decisions, and all outcomes, are entirely your own.

Your inputs and third-party processing. To provide the AI features, content you submit — for example a chart image, an asset name, a timeframe, or your saved portfolio holdings — is transmitted to and processed by third-party providers, including Anthropic (AI processing) and, for the briefing, an automated web-search tool. Your login identity and subscription status are handled by Whop, and App data is hosted with our infrastructure providers. Please do not upload confidential, personal or sensitive information you are not willing to have processed in this way. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and only with an active membership. You must not: share, resell or provide access to non-members; attempt to exceed, bypass or tamper with usage limits or access controls; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; scrape, reverse-engineer, copy or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models or source code; or use the App in any way that overloads or disrupts the service or its providers.

Usage limits. Access is subject to fair-use and per-member limits (for example, a monthly cap on Chart Analyst uploads and a weekly cap on portfolio briefings). Every submission that reaches the AI provider counts toward your limit, whether or not you find the result useful. We may change these limits at any time.

Availability and third parties. The App depends on third-party services (including Whop, Anthropic and our hosting/storage providers) and may be unavailable, interrupted or changed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for outages, delays, data loss or errors caused by these providers or by your own setup.

No warranty; limitation of liability. The App and all of its output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any financial loss, lost profits, data loss, or any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its output — including losses resulting from trading or investment decisions, from AI-generated content, from stale or inaccurate figures, or from technical faults.

Changes. We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue the App or any of its tools, and change pricing or these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Acceptance. By subscribing to, accessing or using the AlgoStride AI app you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the general disclaimer above, and that you take full responsibility for all decisions and activities carried out with the App.
